Okay, I am taking a few minutes to blog while Bug, my daughter, has lunch. It is so hard to find time during the day to get on here. And the Lord knows I can't get on here after Hubby gets home 'cause he hogs up the computer in the evenings. Sometimes I wish we had two computers, other times I would like to throw out the one be have and be without one all together!!! Okay, I over that rant.

Bug keeps me very busy. She is in to everything, and loves to be, uh, helpful? Sometimes its really more help than I want or need. Uh oh, she's done with lunch and is now "washing dishes".

Now, if I could just get her to clean her room! :-)

Oh, the extra short bangs are thanks to Bug trying to give herself a haircut a few weeks ago, (AAAHHHHH), and I had to trim her bangs to try and make it blend. Needless to say G-mans, my oldest son, sissors are no longer in his room, ( this is where the incident took place), and they are no longer within reach of anyone who cannot reach the top of the fridge!

For those of you intrested, I am finally getting around to posting pics of little Jacob.

He was not very happy having his picture taken. These were taken when he was just a couple of hours old. I missed the birth by an hour :-( since I had to wait for Hubby to get home. But I did get to go in to the nursary for his first bath and take pics for Traci since Cornel was gone at the time. It was so neat, after having 3 of my own, to share in some one elses experience like this.

Hey, I think I am really starting to get the hang of this posting pictures thing!!!!! Yeahhhh.

Well, today has been fun. This afternoon I did some more work on my kids videos, so now I only have one left to do. I guess I should start at the begining with what I am talking about. I had all three of my kids ultrasounds recorded, (on their own tapes), and have been copying video that I have taken of there lives so far on to those tapes. What I now have is a video for each of my children of their lives from before birth up to now. It has been a really enjoyable process. Kind of like traveling down memory lane. And my little ones love to watch themselves "grow up" right before there eyes. The only down side is I have very little video of my youngest. I have enough to fill a whole tape and then some of my oldest, around half a tape full of my middle child, and maybe a couple of hours of my youngest. I guess I need to get out the camera and get to work on capturing those moments. After all, they grow up so fast, and I am so glad to have the videos to remind me how fast.

Well this really is going to be something new for me. I have been reading family members blogs and really enjoying it so I thought I would try it out.
What got me started is going to my sister-in-laws sister-in-laws' blog to see the pictures of my new twin nieces. (They are soooooo beautiful!!!) Any way, I started browsing through the newmommynews blog and found some great stuff!!! I wish I had known about early potty training ( or EC) when my children were babies. Now I am struggling to get my 3 year old completely potty trained. She knows what to do she just wants to be lazy about it sometimes. We are finally getting a pretty good routine down though. I have discovered that she can no longer take naps. If she does I will not be able to get her to go to sleep before 11pm. And that means I don't get to go to sleep until then either. She usually gets up around 7:30 when her brothers catch the bus for school. If I can keep her up all day without to much fuss then I can usually get her to sleep by 8pm. On these successful days/nights I will get her up before I go to bed ( between 10 and 10:30) and take her to the potty. The happy result is a dry bed ( and daughter) in the morning. Now it is just a matter of sticking with this routine.
