So I made my blog private so that I could bitch and whine about stuff and not have to worry about family members reading it, right?
And now.....everything is going pretty good.
So I have nothing to bitch about.
This is so rare.
Maybe I should have done this a while ago.
What did I expect to be ranting about, you might ask.........
well, Hubby likes to drink beer........a lot of beer....everyday.
I told him I think he is an alcoholic, but he denies it.
Well, duh
But the last 3 days he has only drank a little.
Usually he get pretty drunk by bedtime.
Maybe he's on his way back to quitting drinking for a while.
He quit last year for almost 2 months, but then went right back to getting drunk daily.
I don't have anything against alcohol, even though I rarely drink.
But living with someone who drinks to get drunk practically every night is really hard.
Especially with small children in the house.
Say a prayer please, that maybe he's taking a break for a while, or better yet, for good.
Life with him drunk is hard.
Life with him sober reminds me why I married him.

I am sorry you are still going through this...I know how you have struggled with it over the years. I wish I could be there in person for you...I am always here if you need a shoulder to cry on and an ear to listen.
Living with someone who drinks is NEVER easy..been there, done that...you are always in my thoughts and prayers sweetie.

Thanks girl, it goes back and forth, you know, good days and bad days. Right now it's good, not sure how long it will last though. But the good does out weigh the bad most of the time. Lucky for him I love him as much as I do, ha ha.
Hang in the Manda...I don't know what it's like to live with someone who drinks, but as Lisa said...keep your faith. God will pull you through.
Have you discussed this at length with your husband? Do you know why he drinks?
I'll be praying that God will have a hand in the situtation and make it better for all involved.
